This motivational speaker joins sport physiology with business practices to help individuals and companies erase any lack of motivation and to rise to excellence. While leading athletes like Sebastian Coe, Daley Thompson, Steve Ovett, Tessa Sanderson, Sally Gunnell, Alan Wells and Linford Christie to Olympic medals, Frank has also greatly influenced the world of coaching through his programs and research. Outside of his busy speaking schedule, he is the President of the European Athletics Coaches Association, the Chair of Scottish Athletics, a member of the IAAF/Coaches Commission, and the Chair of the IAAF Academy.
